How do we use the lumbar support?

•  The size of the lumbar support is good if the lower back becomes so concave that the nape can be pressed much more easily against the seat headrest than without the lumbar support. 
•  This aid is very useful not only for the beneficial effects on the lumbar spine but also for the cervical spine discs! 
•  The lumbar support is equipped with a counterweight connected to the cushion by a canvas strap. Pass the counterweight through the gap between the top of the seat and the headrest, and let it hang behind the seat. You can now adjust the cushion to the desired position, which will stay in place after getting out due to the counterweight. It is important that the convex side of the cushion always faces your spine! 
•  ATTENTION! Using the Benergo lumbar support may initially be uncomfortable. This is because our skeletal system is accustomed to incorrect slouched sitting. You may feel that the lumbar support presses on your lower back, which is unpleasant, uncomfortable, and unusual. If you feel this way, do not put the cushion aside, as this sensation is natural.
